据伊朗官方通讯社伊通社8月23日报道，伊朗总统佩泽希齐扬当地时间8月22日晚在德黑兰出席一场活动时表示，伊朗最高国家安全委员会成员均认为，此前与美国达成的谅解备忘录是基于尊严、智慧及国家利益所能达成的最佳方案。    (ECNS) -- The population of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) rose 0.3% year on year to a provisional 7.52 million in mid-2026, as net population inflows offset a natural decrease, the Census and Statistics Department said Tuesday.    Between mid-2025 and mid-2026, Hong Kong recorded a net inflow of 39,800 residents.
